A H Supply offers an international version of the following Bright Kits that will accept any input voltage between 210V AC and 250V AC at 50-60Hz: - 1x36w Bright Kit - 2x36w Bright Kit - 1x55w Bright Kit - 2x55w Bright Kit - 1x96w Bright Kit These Bright Kits are exactly the same as the North American versions described elsewhere on this website except for the ballast. Even the ballast is the same as the North American ballast (except that for the 2x36w, 2x55w and 1x96w kits it is slightly longer in order to accommodate the voltage transformer electronics - 24cm long x 4.5 cm wide x 2.5cm high). Since the International and North American kits are otherwise exactly alike, you should make note of the following: 1) You will need an adaptor for the plug on the power cord. This adaptor should allow a North American 3-prong grounding plug (the code for which is NEMA 5-15P) to be inserted into your outlet or timer. 2) The instructions are only available in English and you will need to convert measurements from inches. 3) To use the screws included in these Bright Kits, you will need a Phillips screwdriver.
Shipping Charges We will gladly ship to any location where it is possible to ship via the Post Office by insured Priority Mail. When you place an order for delivery outside of the United States and U.S. Territories, you agree to the Priority Mail shipping charges as calculated by the United States Postal Service. Ignore the shipping charge shown in the online order form. We will adjust the price to the correct international shipping charge before we finalize the credit card payment. We will not add any handling or other fees to the Post Office price. The shipping charge for any one kit with a bulb or two is likely to cost $40.00 to $60.00. For two 2x55w kits with bulbs or two 1x96w kits with bulbs, the charge will likely be in the $55.00 to $80.00 range. For example, a 1x55w with bulbs shipping to the United Kingdom would cost $40.20. The same package shipping to Australia would cost $46.90. One 2x55w kit with bulbs or two 1x55w kits with bulbs or one 1x96w kit and bulb shipping to the United Kingdom would cost $46.30. The same package shipping to Australia would cost $57.60. Two 2x55w kits with bulbs or two 1x96w Kits with bulbs would ship to the United Kingdom for $70.00. To Australia for $79.00. You can estimate your shipping charge at the US Postal Service website. For purposes of estimating, assume a 5 pound weight for a 1x36w or 1x55w kit and a 7 pound weight for a 2x55w kit or 1x96w kit, and assume that bulbs don't add to the weight. Use dimensions of 24"L x 8"H x 12"W for 36w or 55w kits and use dimensions of 40"L x 8"H x 8"W for a 96w kit. This won't be exact but it should give you a pretty good estimate of the charge for your location. Other Considerations Duties and fees are likely to be collected upon delivery. We do not ship to non-US addresses every business day. Please allow a full week for your order to be processed and shipped. Your equipment will be packaged extremely well, but if damage does occur you will have to do your part to get the insurance claim settled. This may involve presenting the damaged goods and all packing materials to the delivery agent for inspection, in addition to completing forms, etc.. We will refund your money after the insurance claim is settled or apply it to a new order as you prefer. Equipment to replace damaged items will require a new order to be placed. All Bright Kit components are warranted for one year but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and fees. There is no warranty on bulbs. Bulbs are fragile and accidents do happen. Even bumping a bulb when it is hot may be enough to break one of the internal filaments. Ordering spare bulbs will add relatively little to the initial shipping costs and will save you shipping costs down the road.
