If you are calling us about an order you have received, it will help if you have your invoice number or order number handy.  If you email us about an order you have received, it will help to speed our reply if you put your invoice number or order number in the subject line.  Your email should also include your first and last name.

If you are contacting us about an order you have placed but not received, you also have the option to reply to the order confirmation email you received.  This will ensure the most timely and accurate response. Note that your order will usually be shipped in 1-2 business days and you will be sent a shipment confirmation email the day it is shipped.

If you are calling about a new lighting setup, please know your tank dimensions before you call - Length (side-to-side) inches, Width (front-to-back) inches and Height (top-to-bottom) inches. If you are sending us an email about a new lighting setup, please include the tank dimensions and let us know what type of setup it will be - freshwater planted, freshwater fish only, marine fowlr, marine reef, vivarium, etc.
